We process all product orders through WhatsApp (+91 98432 80800). When you initiate an order via WhatsApp:

• Your WhatsApp number becomes visible to us as the seller
• Conversation history, including product choices and preferences, is retained by WhatsApp's servers under their own Privacy Policy
• We may save a summary of your order details (product, size, address) in our internal records to fulfil and track your order

If you do not wish to order via WhatsApp, please visit us in-store at our Coimbatore address or call us directly.

Our website uses a small number of cookies and similar technologies to function correctly and to understand how visitors use the site.

The Thugil Designers mobile app (available on Android and iOS) provides the same product catalogue and ordering experience as the website. In addition:

• Permissions requested: the app may request permission to open WhatsApp when you tap "Order" — no other device permissions are required for core functionality.
• Push notifications: if you opt in, the app may send notifications about new arrivals and offers. You can opt out at any time in your device's notification settings.
• App analytics: we collect crash reports and basic usage data (screens viewed, actions tapped) to improve app stability. This data is anonymised and not linked to your identity.
• No account required: the app does not require you to create an account or log in. No passwords are stored.

The app does not access your camera, microphone, contacts, or photo library unless you explicitly share a photo with us (e.g., sending a reference image via WhatsApp).

Section 07Data Retention

We retain your information only as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes outlined in this policy:

• Order details are retained for up to 3 years to support warranty claims, alterations, and repeat orders
